- When they half cooked add salt and spicies of choice. As we eat non spicy so I use only half spoon of garam masala, cumin powder only..mix all with banana slices..make sure thy won't break or evn not Fully cooked
- On other hand heat oil and shallow fry these banana slices till thyy turn golden brown.
- Then garnish with coriander and 🍋 and serve hot
