Berbeda dengan cilok dan cimol yang bentuknya bulat, cireng biasanya berbentuk pipih. Cibay merupakan singkatan dari cireng ngambay. Dalam bahasa Sunda, ngambay berarti basah. Cibay ini banyak ditemui di kawasan Garut, Bandung dan juga Tasik.

- Dalam panci masukin tapioka,daun bawang,garam, sosis,kaldu, lada, air campur smua jadi satu aduk2
- Lalu panaskan kompor dengan api kecil aduk2 terus sampai mengental lalu angkat matiksn kompor.
- Ambil kulit lumpia kasih adonan pkai 2 sendok yg satu utk ambil adonan yg satu utk mendorong adonan. Lalu taburi dgn bon cabe.gulung seperti bikin lumpia. Lem bisa langsung dr adonan yg menempel di sendok kita oles lalu rekatkan. Lakukan sampai adonan hbs.
- Panaskan minyak dgn api sedang sampai minyak bener2 panas lalu goreng hingga matang
- Alhamdulillah done..tinggal nikmati selagi hangat..isinya muluurrr lembutt bunda…pokoknya hrs yobaiin klo gak nyesel lhoo..😀😍🙏
Cara membuatnya yaitu dengan membuat adonan aci ditambahi dengan bumbu penyedap dan irisan daging jika perlu.
