- At the time of serving, add sev to it and mix it well. Usually plain sev is added to it but today I tried it with aloo bhujia and it gave it a very nice minty flavour. So you can add any kind of sev of your choice. Banana raita can be served as a side dish with a main meal.
Method : peel banana cut into roundels. ADD Salt to sour curd beat well. When mustard seeds crackle ADD raita. Raw Banana Raita Recipe is a bit different from others, and has the goodness of plantains or raw bananas in it. Serve the Raw Banana Raita along with vegetable biryani and salad for a weekend.
