  1. Siapkan wadah,campur dan aduk rata tepung terigu,ebi,bawang putih,daun bawang,merica,kaldu bubuk,gula dan garam.
  2. Tuang air panas bertahap sedikit demi sedikit sampai adonan basah bukan cair ya moms,aduk rata.
  3. Tambahkan tepung tapioka,aduk rata,uleni ringan sampai adonan bisa di pulung.
  4. Bentuk adonan bulat-bulat,lakukan sampai habis.
  5. Didihkan air di panci,tambahkan 1 sdm minyak goreng,masukkan bola-bola cilok,rebus sampai matang (tandanya cilok mengapung),angkat dan tiriskan.
