  5. Tusuk fillet daging sekitar 4 atau 5 baris per tusuk. Panggang diatas teflon dg api kecil sampai permukaan daging menjadi kecoklatan.
  6. Jika sudah berubah warna dan tekstur empuk. Sajikan selagi hangat.
