- Roast til, makhane, alsi and poppy seeds and grind with khajur
- Take biscuits and grind into powder
- Roast gond in ghee till it swells
- Take kadhai put ghee grinded mixture of all and mix well on low flame for 5 minutes
- Add powdered biscuit and sugar
- Biscuit panjiri ready to eat
