- For cake; prepare your baking tin and pre heat your oven to 180degrees….. Seive flour and baking powder set a side….mix margarine and sugar till fluffy, add egg mix till ful in corporated, add passion pulp, passion essence and mix
- Add chocolate chips fold in flour alternating with milk, bake for 60-70mins, when done wrap in a clinc film and wait for it to completely cool.
- For glaze; crumb coat your cake with mousse or butter cream or whipping cream(I used whipping cream) and freeze the cake…..bloom gelatin in cold water and allow it to sit.
- Boil water,sugar, glucose in a sauce pan over medium heat until fully dissolved….. Remove from heat and add in gelatin……add condensed milk to the mixture
- Pour entire warm mixture over the chocolate allow it to sit for 5mins…..stir carefully until smooth and shiny…..wait it to cool to room temperature.
- You can now colour your glaze in different colours of your choice(use gel colours)…..when glaze is ready pour the base colour generously from the top to cover all spots(use plenty of it) then immediately cover with other colours…..allow it to sit before moving the cake…..
- You may refrigerate before serving….
