  1. In a bowl add potatoes, onion, green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat massala, lime juice, ginger garlic paste, maida, bread crumbs, salt & mix it well
  2. Take a small ball of mixture & roll them slightly.
  3. Make a maida slurry & ensure that it does not have lumbs
  4. Take a bread crumbs on a plate, dip the potato balls in the slurry & coat it with bread crumbs
  5. Then frozen potato balls for 15min before frying
  6. Heat oil in a vessel, add the potato balls & fry them on high flame
  7. Give the vessel a light stir & let it fry. Once they turn nice & golden brown take them out on a tissue paper.
  8. Before serving poke a toothpick & make it potato lollipops…… Our crispy potato lollipops r ready to eat……. We can eat wid tomato catch up…
