  10. Prepare cake board, mount cake on board and grease cake with margarine.
  11. Knead plain icing sugar to a thin sheath and cover the cake. Divide the remaining into two portions add pink color to one part and electric green to the second part.
  12. Form a dress with pink color and a bow tie with green place on cake as desired.
  13. Finally form round balls and place round the base of the cake.
