Instructions to make Irmgards Baileys Bubblegum:
- Add bubblegum truvia and caster sugar to a big pan and mix until sugar has dissolved. It will fizz up a bit but will soon calm down. When clear, set aside to cool down in a jug.
- Mix baileys and liquid glucose in a big mixing bowl that will fit in your fridge.
- Pour bubblegum mix in baileys mix and stir. Pop in fridge for 30+ minutes to completely cool
