  3. for each can add a can of apple cider vinegar
  4. add sugar to taste. I use 2 1/2 cups
  5. let jar set peel the eggs and add to jar making sure you push eggs below juice so they will turn a beautiful purple
  6. put jar in the refrigerator and let sit about 24 hours
  7. enjoy
