- Saute beetroot in ghee till colour changed and raw smell of beetroot goes away.
- Now add milk and bring it to boil. And after first boil add sugar.
- After some time the mixture will become thick. Now add cardamom powder and Cashew nuts.
- When milk thicken we get mawa from that. And our halwa turns good in test.
- Switch off the gas once ghee release from the side. Halwa is ready to eat.
