- Heat milk in a pan and add beetroot in it
- When milk evaporate and beetroot get cooked add grated jaggery
- As jaggery melt the mix become thin..cook further till it become thick at this stage add ghee
- When it comes in thick consistency add elliachi powder and chopped badam
- Let it cool…take dessicated coconut in a plate
- Make ladoo form the cooked beetroot and roll on coconut..it's ready to serve
Atta Ladoo/wheat flour laddu needs very less ingredients which are available at home. Once it is warm, add the jaggery powder and mix well (do not add powdered jaggery/powdered sugar when it.
