  2. When milk evaporate and beetroot get cooked add grated jaggery
  3. As jaggery melt the mix become thin..cook further till it become thick at this stage add ghee
  4. When it comes in thick consistency add elliachi powder and chopped badam
  5. Let it cool…take dessicated coconut in a plate
  6. Make ladoo form the cooked beetroot and roll on coconut..it's ready to serve

Atta Ladoo/wheat flour laddu needs very less ingredients which are available at home. Once it is warm, add the jaggery powder and mix well (do not add powdered jaggery/powdered sugar when it.
