Steps to make Beetroot peanut barfi:
  1. Dry roast peanut. - Remove peel and grind in mixer to make fine powder.
  2. Boil beetroot along with 1 cup water.
  3. Strain the boiled water.
  4. Roast khoya for 2 minutes and keep aside.
  5. Now boil strained boiled beetroot water.
  6. Add sugar and elaichi powder to make 3 wire syrup.
  7. Add peanut powder, khoya.
  8. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Transfer this to greased plate.
  10. Cool so that it will set.
  11. Cut into desired shape.
  12. Garnish with dry fruits.
  13. Healthy yummy barfi is ready.
