Instructions for Achari potato Recipe In English. ★ Boil potatoes, then remove skin and cut them into slightly big pieces. ★ Take a pan, add fennel seeds, dry red chilli, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds. Add the potatoes along with turmeric, chili powder and salt. Uncover and let the bottoms of the potatoes brown a little. Check for salt and add more if required.

  1. Wash the pototes prprly and cut into halves.
  2. Now take a kadhahi and heat oil…dein put all the grm masala, rd chillies,green chillies, bay leaves, asofoetida,cumin seeds in the oil….
  3. Wen all the masalas strtd crackle dein add potatoes and fry till they became soft…now add all the dry masala, salt and gingr grlic paste and saute..
  4. When potatoes absrb all masala and became crispy..now add amchoor powder and white til…and mix well on high flame…aftr 5 min.switch off the gas your achari potatoes r ready to srve..grnish with green corindr leaves..and srve with paratha….
