  4. Tambahkan tepung tapioka,aduk rata,sampai adonan bisa di pulung,sisakan sedikit tepung tapioka untuk taburan supaya tidak menempel,bulat2kan adonan sampai habis.
  5. Didihkan sisa air,tambahkan sedikit minyak goreng,masukkan adonan yg sdh di bulat2kan,tunggu sampai mengapung,angkat & tiriskan.
