- Then add sugar to the cooked beetroot after the milk is absorbed.It will turn watery but no worries. At this stage add a pinch of salt.
- The Beetroot in the pan starts to thicken and the ghee comes out. At this stage add the fried cashews, raisins and elaichi powder.
- Switch of the pan.. serve hot or chill.
