  2. Heat ghee in a pan,add grated beet,saute for time.
  3. Add milk and cook beet till soft.

  5. Add mawa and cook for a while,till it becomes glossy.
  6. Add cardmom
  7. Instead of mawa you can add cream too.
  8. Either serve it in a bowl or set in a tray and cut into square peices.
  9. Garnish with almonds,pistachios and rose petals.
  10. Before serving,garnish with cream.
