Steps to make Beetroot Puri:
  1. Pressure Cook the Beetroot with 3-4 whistles & allow it to cool down & on cooling- strain it from its stalk & keep the stalk aside for later use (as is required)
  2. Once cooled down- blend it to a smooth paste in a blender jar without adding any additional water
  3. Now, in a parat/bowl- take all the ingredients aforementioned, altogether- add in the half portion of the cooked beetroot paste (or as is required)
  4. Now, prepare a soft & smooth dough (alike any other chapati dough), cover it & set aside for at least 30 mins time
  5. Now, in deep frying pan- Add sufficient oil for frying the puris & let it become rightly hot enough- make the dough balls of your choice & roll out each one of that to yield into the delicious & delectable beetroot puris…
  6. Serve them absolutely hot with any sabji/chutney/achar of your choice & ENJOY…😍💁🏻‍♀️😋

Repeat above steps and deep frying remaining puris. Beetroot puri is ready to serve. Serve beetroot puri with aloo bhaji or any other veg curry of your choice.
