Ladoo are one of the most made sweet snack at home for my kids' school box. I mostly make the different kinds of ladoos without using sugar and much ghee. I have been making these dates sesame laddu for sometime now since my kids love any kind of laddu. This sesame laddu recipe is very easy to make and makes a great healthy snack for kids, and being Mom-made, they're better than any store bought laddus!
Steps to make Sesame ladoo:
- Dry roast sesame seeds-2cups till it splutters and get nice aroma and cool down. Take jaggery-1cup or u can increase according to ur taste and grind it together and start making ladoos. If u want ghee u can add so. But I didn’t add bcoz without adding ghee it stays fresh for 3months. Enjoy 😉 it’s very tasty and healthy 😍
