  2. In a pan add 3-4 tbsp of olive oil, bittergaurd, turmeric & salt. Keep roasting until the vegetable is almost cooked.
  3. Then add 5 tsp of channa flour/besan & red chilli powder. Mix it well & Let it cook for abt 5 mins on low flame. In the end add 1/2tsp of powdered jaggery.
