- Clean the ripe palm fruits and squeeze out the juice by using waters in a parts.
- Then seive it to get the clean juice.
- Then in a kadhai add the palm juice with all the ingredients mentioned above. Grated coconut, milk, powder milk, condensed milk and sugar. Then stirrer it continuously.
- Keep on stirring until it becomes thick. Once it thick garnish with pistachios.
