  1. Saos kacang : blender semua bahan, masak dengan api kecil hingga sedikit berminyak dan mengental.
  2. Campur jadi satu tepung terigu,tapioka dan daun bawang aduk rata, sisihkan
  3. Masak air hingga mendidih tmbhkn garam kaldu bubuk dan bawang putih halus, tuang perlahan kedalm tepung sambil di uleni dengan spatula aduk hingga tercampur rata dan bisa di bentuk.
  4. Bentuk bulatan2 sesuai selera, rebus dlm air mendidih. Hingga mengapung dan matang, angkat tiriskan, sajikan dengan saos kacang dan kecap.
