  2. Pour out water in tofu box, pour tofu in bowl, add tumeric and mix until tofu looks like yellow eggs.
  3. Add a tbsp of oil to frying pan, then add sliced bitter melon and yellow tofu to pan, and stir fry on medium high and mix together until bitter melon is soft, tofu is a little dryer. Approximately 10 to 15 min.
  4. Add salt and pepper for taste. Optional cilantro as well.
