- Haluskan bumbu untuk bahan cilok sisihkan, didihkan air tuang bumbu halus aduk rata setelah mendidi masukan daun bawang aduk rata tambahkan gula dan kaldu bubuk lanjut tambahkan tepung terigu aduk ceoat biar tidak mengumpal setela rata matikan,kompor
- Lanjut tambahkan,tepung tapioca sedikit demi sedikit hingga adonan tercampur rata dan kalis, untuk air nya sendiri bisa kurang bisa lebih ya sesuaikan dengan kelembaban tepung masing masing
- Setelah kalis dan rata bentuk bulat adonan atau kalau mau di timbang juga boleh ya sekitar 9 gram / bulatan..
- Lanjut didihkan air masukan adonan 1 per satu masak hingga adonan mengapung… angkat lakukan hingga adonan habis sisihkan hasil nya sekitar 100 buah ya karna tadi saya timbang 9 gr / 1 bulatan
- Blender kacang yang sudah di goreng sisihkan..
- Blender bumbu halus untuk sambal kacang tumis hingga harum tambahkan,daun jeruk masukan kacang tambahkan air secukup nya tambahkan kecap dan gula pasir aduk rata sebelum di sajikan,koreksi rasa dulu ya.. selesai cilok siap,di sajikan dengan bumbu kacang
