- Boiled milk for 15 mins.. add soaked sago… Cook till transculent
- Other side… Take pan… Add 1 cup water n hlf cup jaggery pwdr… Cook till jaggery melts
- Whn kheer become thick… Switch off gas… N keep it side.. let it cool proply… Then add cold jaggery mix…
- Add chopped nuts… Ur kheer is ready.. garnish with nuts.
I wanted to try jaggery base payasam for a while. Other day I made vada had sudden craving to have it with payasam. so I decided to do it. Recently I tried this Sago, Vermecilli combo so decided to give it a tryl It came out so nice. If using jaggery, add it at the end after pressure cooking the kheer.
