  2. Blender daun pandan dengan air, lalu saring
  3. Campur tepung beras, tepung ketan, garam dan pasta pandan. Aduk aduk sambil dituangi air pandan
  4. Remas remas adonan sampai berbentuk gumpalan kasar. Setelah adonan berbentuk kasar, saring adonan sampai tersaring menjadi adonan seperti pasir halus
  5. Setelah semua adonan selesai disaring, isi setengah cetakan dengan adonan, lalu isi dengan gula merah, tutup lagi dengan adonan. Hingga terisi penuh (adonan tidak boleh di tekan, di curah saja)
  6. Panaskan kukusan. Masukkan cetakan yg sudah terisi, lalu kukus 10-15 menit
  7. Angkat dan sajikan dengan kelapa parut. Nikmati selagi hangattt 😋
